Carl's Story
I spent a lot of time in shop class with Mr Avant. He taught drafting and was one of the football coaches. I was also a part of the weightlifting club. I did hang out with the guys who always thought that we were Bruce Lee. I did pursue that area and had my own martial arts school for about 6-7 years. I did achieve my black belt in TaekwonDo , Akikido, and Aiki-jujitsu. I do not teach it any more but I still train . After high school I spent two years in the Marines and eight years in the Navy. I was married for 12 yrs w/three children then divorced. Since then have re married w/a blended family of three more. They are ages(currently and what they do) daughter 30,(doctor/teacher of medicine) son 27,(electrician) son
26,(EMT) daughter 22,(in school to be a pediatrician) son 21,(electrician) daughter 18,(training/working to be a hairstylist)
I am very proud of my children. I have 2 grand-daughters 5yrs old. We also just had our first grandson born back in November My wife Anntwa...Expand for more
nette and I(who went to Germantown High that's her and I in the now and then pictures)are real estate investors and have two internet businesses.
My wife and I are Christians and attend Bethel Deliverance International Church, where we serve as Marriage Enrichment Facilitators, and Ministers of Home Cell Groups( having church in the homes) We enjoy church life and family movie nights along with traveling. Our next goal is to buy an RV and travel the country. Life has given us many up's and down's. But we have learned to keep Christ as our center and all things work out to his glory and our life's joy. So as HIS Word tells us "rejoice always" and also "in everything to give thanks". Well that's about it for now if you want to know more feel free to contact us.
