Tina's Story
Hi every one! I didn't go far , I'm about a mile and half from my childhood home. Going on fourteen years of living in Perrysville. Got married to David Holliday June 11, 1994, have a boy who is 13 in 7th grade and a girl 11 years old in 5th grade at North Vermillion Schools. I am a substitute teacher there and was the assistant Swimming coach for the high school and jr. high teams. Thats a surprising job isn't it. The best thing that has happened to me is my kids. They are great and we have a house full all summer long of their friends and even alot during the school year. I always wanted my home to be the place where they all feel like they come come to and they defenatly do that. We have had 13 to 15 boys and girls here all at once several times to just hang out together and have fun. They all really enjoy it when I cook for them. I hope I always stays that way because then I will always know where they are at when they sta...Expand for more
rt to drive. Which will be here before we know it. My son has a great group of friends who have been close since pre-school and I care about them as if they were my own. They all say I am their second mom. Some parents think I'm nuts for having a house full of kids all the time, but they don't know what they are missing out on. It is so fun watching them all grow up. If any of you have kids please make your house open to their friends and enjoy seeing them grow up because it goes so fast. With each child it even goes faster. It does not seem like my daughter should be almost in 6th grade. That sums up what I mostly do with my time and I wouldn't change it for anything!!!!!!!!! Oh I forgot I went on to graduate from cosmotology school right after high school and was voted most likely to succeed by the school. I had my own shop until my second child was born then I became a full time mom. That is what I more proud of succeeding at.
