Myra's Story
1. That I'm still married! 31 years in May. I have 3 children - Michael, Heather & Joel. The boys are married. I'm a grandmother of two, soon to be three! And none of my children were teenage parents!
2. If I could remember any of my teachers... wait, there was Mrs. Magee in fifth grade.
3.I think getting pregnant in my junior year covers that.
4. I have no idea!
5. Hopefully as fun loving - still am!
6. Nothing makes me happier than being surrounded by family on a beautiful spring day, watching the kids play.
7. Losing both my parents to cancer. My mother in 1991 to lung cancer, my dad in 2006 to panc...Expand for more
reatic cancer. After my dad was diagnosed in March 2005, I was diagnosed in April with stage 3 colon cancer at 45. Not too many people can go through chemo with their dad, I was fortunate. I survived, my dad did not.
8. Graduate with my class. I still remember the day. I was so proud of all of you and a little envious. After all, you all went to the shore afterwards! ( I finished HS in 1982 - evening classes - I technically graduated from Warren HS but my heart belongs to Chatham)
9. Church secretary - talk about a stretch!
10. Born in Connecticut, grew up in Jersey and moved to New Mexico in 1990.
