I have been married to Gary Wheeler for 21 years. I have two daughters that I inherited when I married. Kim is a teacher. Jackie and her husband Mike have two boys Wheeler and Will. They both are precious. We all have a good relationship and they are a blessing. We both enjoy spending time with my sister Karen and her husband David. Karen is a retired Nurse and David is a Veternarian. I like coming to Anniston to visit my Aunt Jan. We have a wonderful time. Gary and I are Auburn Fans. We both retired in 2006 from the Postal Service in Birmingham. That is where we met. We have a Quilt Studio at our home in Locust Fork, Alabama. We will be in June 2008 issue of Thicket Magazine. There is a nice article and pictures of our work. The magazine is available at Books A Million. Please get or look at a copy. The quilt that is behind me took 5 months just to put the top together. It has over 3300 pieces that I had to cut and sew back together. I am slow at cutting! Our most favorite thing to do is work in our studio.
