Amanda's Story

Everyone would most likely NOT be surprised to know that I have been divorced now 2 times. Well, the ones that knew me that is. I have two BEAUTIFUL kids. I am with someone that I am VERY happy to be with (Brian). I live in Alamogordo, NM. A little nowhere place but we love it here. OK, so under the story ideas it says "What is the wildest thing you ever did in school"? ..HMmmm..lets keep it to one. I am sure a few of you remember when I was pulling out of the parking lot and instead of hitting the brake when my tire blew I hit the gas and wrecked the car right in front of the school. Don't worry, I drive better now, lol. Next question.. "What happened to my first crush"..Sorry guys, never had a crush on anyone at CCA. Next... "How do I hope old friends remember me"..Well concidering I hung out with Amy Cranston and pretty much nobody else I would say her and I have great memories of each other. Great times. police training...with my wonderful kids and Brian. In other words doing what I am doing now. "Life doesn't always turn out the way you expect, what has been my biggest surprise".... I would have to say being divorced twice. Did not think that would be part of my life story. BUT, I have two great kids and a wonderful man now so I could not ask for more. You know that song....God bless the broken road that led me stright to you. Thats kinda my life right there. It took a lot but I am finally there. "I get one do-over what would I do different"..Nothing. I cant change anything. If I did one of my kids if not both would not be here and I would have never met Brian. Its been hard ... But everything is where it should be now. "Whats the wierdest job I ever had"..Not talking about this one. "Where have I lived and why did I move".. From Harvest AL to Spanghdalem Germany (married into Military"... Then to here..Alamogordo, NM. Got stationed here before the divorce. So I guess thats it. I little crazy but its all good.
