Donna's Story
Hi everyone,
Well to begin with I'm a full time caregiver to my mother,you all probably can tell I live in the hills around the lake of Ky. by the way I talk.I have a lot of kin up there you all probably know my step-brothers and sisters ,Curt Jarvis,Jackie Jarvis ,Bobby Jarvis,Gilbert Hamilton,Harold Hamilton(here in ky.),Gerald Hamilton(passed),Danny Wayne,Shirley King,Evelyn Lowe,Iva Martin(passed),Patty Neal, and Betty Boram.Plus a whole lot of nieces ,nephews and cousins.I have 2 children living and (2 passed ),2 girls and 5 grandkids,4 boys and 1 girl.I'll be 52 in 2009 and I had 25 yrs. in the factory down here before I had to go on disabilty due to degenerative disc and joint disease ,I've had about 17 surgeries in my life but worked till doctors pulled me out of the game as the saying goes ,now I take care of my mom ,myself and the love of my life,Larry.I love life ,family and friends and that's about it for me .To all my friends and family a big Hello and hope you are blessed with love .laughter,health,wealth and prosperity and as I say and Live by (Live one day at a time!)

Life
Since graduation I have been to 28 different states plus Okinawa,and finally planted my feet in the hills of Ky,around the lake (DALE HOLLOW LAKE )to be exact.I was married to Terry Bunch ,the first time for 4 yrs. whom also graduated there,Marjoe Wray the second time for 12 yrs. a native of Ky.whom I had two beautiful daughters by and they had me 5 wonderful grandchildren, then James L. Dyer the third time for 15 yrs.Recently I am divorced due to the fact ,that men dont know what they want . (lol)Anyway that's my bio ,you all take care .I have a good man now his name is Larry and I wish I had met him a long time ago!
I hope my friends remember me fondly and I brought a smile to their face.
I always wanted to be a x-ray tech. when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right ,but my daughter is gonna make my dreams and hers come true ,I had to take care of my mom most of my life so I didn't get to fullfil that dream but fullfilled other dreams of being a mom and caregiver..
My favorite way to relax is a hot bath,a short walk ,listening to music or surfing the net.

y,taking a wig off a teacher at a slumber party,giving our history teacher a pointer with a peace sign on it,cause he use to smack our hands with it,the big one was talking all the boys into going to our home ec class while we went to shop class on aprils fool day,Linda Rihm and a few others were in on some of these with me (lol)Also chasing some boys in the boys bathroom to retrieve my hippie hat at a dance ! Starting a petition for us girls to wear pants in school and to start sex ed in school,back in the day!That's all I can remember right now!
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have a hot cup of coffee, a good breakfast, and my cell phone to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
My hero's are my Dad ,who died when I was 14,whom ,I get my smarts from ,and my man Larry ,who I get my confidence from ,knowing I have finally found my true soul mate!
I lived in Indianapolis,Indiana,from birth to age 8,8-9 with my niece in Straughn Ind.,mom and dad moving to Cambridge City,9-14 in Cambridge City ,Ind,dad died mom moved to New Castle,14-16 in New Castle,Ind.,got married traveled with hubby,17 in Oceanside ,Calf.and Okinawa ,Japan.,18 Camp Lejune ,NC.,got divorce went to live where mom and brother now lived,19-38,Ky.,went to work in Tn.,38,Tn.,job over went back to Ky .
39-present,Ky.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is my dad, because I miss him very much.
My obsession would be surfing on the net and traveling!And my dogs!
Life doesn't always turn out the way you expect but my biggest surprise is how at a certain age wisdom hits you !(lol)Suddenly everything seems easier to understand.And karma happens!
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the whole house and add on a deck. My dream home would be a mediteranian house I found on the internet built ,the same year my mom was born 1917.
What I've learned from my kids is to not be like them ,what I mean is not to treat people the way they do,including me!In other words not to play people!
Which teacher would I like to see again and why? Mr.Bookout ,cause I gave him a hard time,so I could apologise and to thank him for his guidance.
If I won $100 million, I'd give $25 million of it to charities, then spend the rest on taxes, paying off debts of Larry and my families and buying or investing homes ,etc..
Never lived in a dorm.Never joined the greek system.And the only thing I know about campus life is what I've been told by Larry's son.My girls don't live on campus,they have their own homes and go to and from school.
To be truly happy ,I would be on a river in a canoe on a nice warm not hot day,with my fiance Larry ,stopping by the river bank for a nice quiet picnic ,enjoying each others company ,and enjoying the scenery around us,enjoying the simple things in life with each other.
