Angela's Story
Hey Everybody,
It's me, Angela (Cagle) Bowers. I'm gonna tell my little story short and...well just short. Thanks to God I found THE LOVE of My Life. I moved to
Alabama ( which you all know i'm from) for a while, I have been married before--- didnt wotk out. I am a Christian and I attend Quest Community church in Florence.
Well, to make a long story short...... I met Chris"Bowers" in 2001.... never could shake him... well In Around March of 2006 we started talking nd were" official " August 4th"... I couldn't believed I had finally ended up with something I really wanted. In March of 2006 God Brought us together (little did we know forever). On Jan 15th, 2007, I found out I was pregnant, which is something I was told in highschool that I'd neverdo... is have children.
But God gave us our miracle.. I knew from the start he was a boy.. and since I ended up with the nickname Butterbean--cause i'm supposed to be so country--- I called him Mommies' Lil Bean.. His daddy Chris (we got married on may n 120th 2007) is a member of the 113th MP Co that is staitoned in Iraq. He was allowed to ...Expand for more
be there for the birth, and then he got to spend about 8 or 9 days with him before he left for Iraq again this was mid September . I knew it would be little while before I could talk to him..... so I anxiously waited. He finally called me at 9:02 on September 26, 2007, 7 minutes after I woke to find our 5 week old son Kaleb had died in his sleep from S I D S. ... Well, Chris was ble to stay home with me for 30 days... He went back to Iraq on 10/30/08. He is due home in Late May, early June. I pray for his safe return and the safe return of all of our soldiers.. Please keep our Family In your prayers.... the first year of our marriage has been fuul of trials and tests. I know with GOd we will get thru them... Chris and I lost not only did wee lose Kaleb, but we lost most of his irreplaceable items (foot prints, measureing tape, hospital pics, etc). His mother STOLE these things from us. Chris will be in a hard place when he gets home, so sgain please keep us in your prayers, and our family will keep you all in ours. Not as short as I thought it would be, but short as I could getit.
