Jean's Story
I always blended into the woodwork. Never did seem to fit in. Part of it was because people judge you because of what others say or do, they do not try to know you. My youngest son is driving now. He is a Senior in High School and plans to go to college after graduation in 2010.
His interests are racing his RC Car. He does well, he's been racing for about five years, he even went to Maine to race in a event there. He has also joined the local Firecompany as a junior firefighter. Got College certificates for Hazmat training. He likes it bu...Expand for more
t since he is only 16 I don't need to worry about him going into a burning building or anything real dangerous (yet). He marched in his first parade this Memorial Day with the Fire Department. I was very proud of him.
Life here in P.A. is about the same as it is everywhere else. Employment is down and jobs are few and far between.
So I do the best that I can, take one day at a time.
So these days to occupy my time I do some various volunteer work. Keeps me busy and the seniors love the help.
that is about it. Just taking one day at a time..
