I was born in Viking, Alberta, raised in Drayton Valley Alberta and now reside in Edmonton with my husband Glen and our combined children of 7. We have 10 grandchildren and still hope for a few more (LOL). I have a good sense of humor, a strong sens of right from wrong, a desire to help people who need a shoulder to lean on. I think our children are our future (God help Us) just kidding.
I am of the Anglican faith but don't believe you have to go to church to be a christian. I also believe that the Bible is a book of theories interpreted by Charlamaine to suit his purpose. I think there is more to the story of Jesus Christ and that it is up to the fathers, priests, rabi's and minist...Expand for more

As for politics I think the coalition is a bunch of sore losers. The Canadian people clearly voted in the party they wanted to lead this country. If the Coalition had not been such a bunch of asses; Harper and his party could have gotten to the business of running the country. Giving Canada a better chance of recovery. But THE COALITION had to have their little fit......!!!!!
I am a avid genealogist and enjoy searching my family history, Which is extensive as one side of my family came to Canada when it was know as Upper Canada. We also settled in Alberta when it was still known as the Northwest Territories.
I have 7 children all married but one. With 10 grandchildren and 2 more on the way I am a very proud and busy grandma.
My husband Glen and I have been together for 23 years and married for 20. He drives truck for a living and I do income tax in the tax season. We love to travel and enjoy finding new places to camp.
I use to be fluent in the French language but due to lack of use can only understand a little now.".
