I am also an independant personal trainer at a company called ACCUA "Advanced Fitness Training". We are the only place in the Midwest to offer underwater treadmill sports training and injury recovery training programs. My clients range from teenagers to seniors, amateur athletes to professional and Olympic athletes. When I am not working I love hanging out with the family, meeting new people and connecting with those in the past.".
