Rex's Story

Life after graduation in a few words¿ I spent two wild summers at Lake Okoboji¿and the education begins. Went off to college in Colorado, which lasted a few months, and then my cooking career began. Spent some years cooking, bartending, skiing, living hard, and playing hard. Got married, got divorced, got married again, fathered a beautiful girl. r that it was off to Aspen where I was a chef for several years. I then moved to Telluride, back to Aspen, then to Glenwood Springs and started two catering companies. I opened and owned a restaurant, moved to Steamboat Springs, CO, opened the Steamboat Springs Grand Hotel, then was a chef at the hospital in Steamboat. Later on I encountered some health obstacles and decided to retire and my new career is living life to its fullest. Now I work for the Colorado State Parks and I have quite an office view.
