Well it has been a long time! I hope that God has been as good to you as he has been to me. I have had the opportunity to travel and see the world, while at the same time working different jobs. After graduation I went to college at Jefferson State community college where I received my associates degree in mass communications but I was just through with school. I wanted more and to see more. So, at the advice of a friend, I left for the military and that is when my traveling began. I am a 6-year veteran of the Army with 3 years over seas in Germany. I have seen all of West Germany and on the east side, Berlin. I moved around Europe as much as possible. Going from town to town on weekends following the beer festivals to the Grand October Fest in late Oct. around Munich. The summer months were filled with exciting adventures every weekend. I have seen the awful devastation of the concentration camps from World War II but at the same time enjoying the beautiful countryside and rich heritage of the people. I have seen England's Stone Hinge and visited the Salt Mines of Austria. I have been to the wonderful city of Paris, France and was shocked to see how filthy the streets seemed but the sights I will never forget. The Louve Museum was filled with painting and other art works but the Monelisa, with all her splendor, was only an 8 x 10. Now that was a shock to me. The eiffle Tower and a...Expand for more
