Kevin's Story
I'm on my fourth career which moved me and my family to Brunswick, Ga where I work for Thomas & Hutton Engineering Company. I sit in a 8'X8' cubicle (yes, I actually measured it) and pump out plats like a 12 year old Vietnamese boy in a sweat shop trying to earn his freedom so he can go home. Hey, it pays the bills, sometimes. Not much to do here in Brunswick, which is why I'm sitting here writing out my story on a Friday night listening to 'Tesla' on my ipod...Expand for more
while my kids are watching Hannah Montana re-runs for the millionth time. It's 9:30 at night and I'm exhausted - boy how things have changed. Twenty years ago at this time, I was wondering which party to go to and wondering how far from the party I needed to park so the cops won't block me in...
