It's now May 2009. I have been doing a lot of traveling - US and Mexico. Now looking to settle down and spend time with friends here with shorter trips to the US. Right now I am setting up a sitting area in the garden and adding more fruit trees and flowers. Our rainy season starts in about 2 wks. so what I plant now will take off like weeds once the rains come. As I have pleanty of land to plant I have some interesting gardens - 2 rose gardens, 2 cactus gardens, 10 fruit trees, various flowers. I have been working on a rather large garden center with a magnolia tree. Eventually it will have a flagstone center around the tree and in this area will be a wrought iron sitting set. around the edge are many different lilies. Gardening takes a lot of my early morning time - but to be outside all year in the am is wonderful. Ken and I moved to Jocotepec (Lake Chapala), Mexico in 2003.
