I am having an absolute blast at 44 years old! Who'da'thunk it? I have 5 fabulous children, ages 27,23,21,21 and 13, an amazing husband and a life made from my wildest dreams. I have never lived far away from water and have developed my love for the water, and the abilities to manuever resourcefully on the water over the years. 2 years ago we sold our 4000 sq ft, 105 year old, beautifully restored Victorian home and bought a motor yacht. We also sold everything in the house that the kids couldn't cart away! We now live on that boat and are having the time of our lives. It is far more fun than we could have ever dreamed. After a medical scare, I evaluated my life's priorities and came up with this grand idea of getting rid of the excess "crap" I've been collecting along with the antiques that required maintenance and downsizing -- drastically. It was all my idea, and when presented to my VERY SHOCKED husband, he offered me a reluctant timeline of 5 years (probably thinking I'd gone temporarily insane and would recover within that time).
