Short story: after graduation I went to HCC for 2 years and got a certification in aviation business. Then I worked for an airline and a travel agency and traveled before marrying (my now exhusband) in 1977. I had my son, Bryan, in 1978 and my daughter, Haley, in 1980. We lived in the Federal Way and Auburn areas while the kids were growing up. After 15 (not so great years) I got divorced and went to work for the Health Department. After being single for 6 years I 'reunited' with Allan Hatcher in 1998 and we've been together since. (We got married March 22, 2008 in Las Vegas.) Between the two of us we have 6 (all adults now) kids!! The absolute hardest thing I've had to endure is the death of my son in 2005, at the age of 26, when he was killed in a car accident. As a parent you expect to out live your children; it's the natural order. Loosing a child is life altering on many, many levels.
