Lisa's Story
I was born in Malvern, Arkansas. I was profound deaf at age 3. I went to Malvern public schools from K-9th grade. I transferred from Malvern public school to Arkansas School for the Deaf for a better fit in, educational, and be able to participate in any activities at deaf school. I graduated in 1998 with a high school diploma.

husband and I have been married for 6 years and are currently living in Sherwood, Arkansas. We have two beautiful children, my son, Ty, he is 3 1/2 years old and my daughter, Maci, she is 20 weeks old. I work full time as an accounting for an automotive body part aftermarket company. I have been working with the company for 2 years and love it.
