I am a Personal Life Coach and EFT-ADV Practitioner. I have been doing this work for the last 8 years. I am honored to work with folks from all over the world supporting them to thrive. Before this I ran a counseling program in a high school. I loved this work too. I worked with teens. their parents and the staff.
I have two fabulous boys...oops...young men who are in their early 20's.
I am a married babe. Me and my fella have had many amazing adventures together. We love each other to reeses pieces...though we want to strangle each other once in awhile:)
I am recovering from being very ill for the last handful of years. I am enjoying being out of pain and being able to move, jump, do cartwheels, dance, hike, workout...sit in a chair.
It is amazing to be pain free!
