Wendy's Story
I'm a research scientist at Merck in New Jersey -- specifically I'm a group leader in the computer aided modeling group. I've been in NJ since 1997. My husband is also a research scientist (medicinal chemist). We met at Novartis, where I worked from 1997-2004. I've moved around quite a bit. school at UCSF. After that I spent a year as a postdoc in Heidelberg, Germany. I enjoy attending conferences since that means seeing old friends and new places. For the past 8 years I've been active in the American Chemical Society (ACS). In May 2007 I was part of an ACS delegation that attended the Brazilian Chemical Society meeting in Sao Paulo.
