Gale's Story
This photo is of me and Warren (class of '63) at the wedding of our younger son Brian - in Las Vegas in February 2008. Warren and I have been married since January 1971. He's a United Methodist minister and I'm a teacher of high school Spanish.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Diane Black, because she was my best friend when I was a freshman at Flora.
The biggest surprise in my life is that I ended up being a high school teacher! When I was in high school, I thought dealing with teenagers would be the worst.

lexible and think quickly on my feet. My older son was always trying to outwit both me and his dad.
I would love to see Mrs. Gray (my first Spanish teacher) and Miss Brown (my Latin teacher) to compare notes. I would like for Miss Brown to know that I finally succeeded in learning two languages, and for Mrs. Gray to see the final result of her influence on me in Spanish 1.
My current age is 59. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be almost dead. I was so completely young and clueless. Based on family genetics, I still have another 1/3 of my life yet to live. I'm now wondering what I'll do for the next 30 years!
