Ann's Story

I thought it would be fun to try and reconnect with former classmates. I did not go to the last couple of class reunions. I saw Doris Dawson in Rossville a few months ago and she still looks just as pretty and sweet as ever. Paulette Williams introduced me to my husband and I will never forget her for that. (I mean this in a good way! We even named our car after her.) I married my present husband in 1990 and he has been a wonderful step-father and grandfather to my son and daughter...Expand for more
and five grandchildren...and one great-granddaughter. We like to entertain the kids on the river in Birchwood, travel in our truck camper, follow UT football and spend time in Marco Island, FL..especially on Keewadin Island. I started taking art lessons in Florida after we retired and it has given me a lot of pleasure. I especially like painting beach pictures. I have also been making quilts for my great-grandchildren. I enjoy just about any type of arts and crafts projects.
