Cheryl's Story

I married Michael Doerr. We had two boys who are now 16 and 14. Michael and I are now divorced. I am single after 17 years of marriage to Michael. I live in Liberal, MO. We have lived in Southern, Missouri, Wichita, Kansas, and LaCenter, Kentucky. We always came back to Missouri. I plan to stay in Missouri. My oldest son lives with me and my youngest son lives with Michael. The wildest thing I ever did in school was go barefooted the last day of school in my senior year and leave school campus with my mom working a block away. My biggest surprise was i really dont have one. I would love to see Mr. South and Mrs. Moody. They was my favorite teachers in school. To be truly happy I would be with someone who would be there for me and not want me to be a mom to him. i am a mom to my kids. If he has kids then yes then I would not have a problem being a mom to them. But to be a mom to an adult who is to be my companion thank you but no thank you been there, done that, not doing it again. Someone show me he cares. I want to be a author. ly describe me as shy. I dress how I want to dres and dont care what the still is. The weidest job I ever had was telemarketing. I share my home with my oldest son, which I find is a real good young man who has a good head on his shoulders. My one do-over would be not to stay in my marriage just for the kids. Get out earlier. In 10 years, I hope to be an author. I'm going to get there by continue to write and trying to get my work published. I have two oldest friends one from elementary and one from high school who i am still in contact with. The elementary one is Cindy and we went to Avilla together. We was best of friends and still are like sisters. My other friend from high school is Becky and we are both best friends and like sisters also. At one time I got to introduce them to each other. I still talk to them both on the phone. I am not the quiet Cheryl I use to be. I say what I feel especially if I am mad. My first job was at Hardees, where I got paid mininum wage to cook. What I remember most about it is I worked everywhere in Hardees front and back even in drive through. I remember being the shortest person in most of my classes and usually the quietiest.
