Lisa's Story
I married Jimmie a few months after graduating from high school & have never regretted marrying young. I have lived the life I always imagined for myself - happily domesticated working mom/wife. I had 4 kids between the years 1986 and 1997. My 2 years of high school accounting (and other business classes) were enough to get me the job I've had for 23 years now - and I love it. college classes in the first couples years after high school, but was disappointed and disenchanted. It just wasn't for me. I have happily stayed in Carroll County & raised my kids here. (We settled in Woodbine eventually.) I am devoted to God and my family.
It may sound like a boring life, I know, but I've been happy, peaceful, and secure. And I wouldn't trade those 3 things for anything!
