Carolyn's Story
So, I left Clayton after graduation for UNM majoring in classical ballet and medicine. Weird combo, I know. After a year, I ended up in Tulsa (for a few years anyway) where I met my hubby. After we married, he left for basic training and the Army's school of music (he plays guitar for the Army band) and we joined again 9 months later and moved to Germany. We lived in Germany quite happily for many years and then they moved us to the craphole that is Ft. Riley, Kansas....Expand for more
One good thing about nowhere Kansas is that I received my Aesthetics license. So now, I'm a professional make-up artist, skin care specialist, and yes, I wax people too. After Kansas, they offered us Hawaii and I am still here living in paradise. I have two awesome kids. My oldest will be 5 this year and AIdan just turned 2. I love it here, who wouldn't? I spend my days playing with my kids, chilling at the beach, snorkeling, swimming, and hunting green sea turtles.
