Alice's Story
Graduated from the Univ. of Southern MS in 1972- the only female announcer on the campus radio station...spent the next 35-40 years off & on-the-air...technology just got way over my head - it was time to retire anyway! ...first marriage sent me to Turkey for two years & upstate New York for another two. Enuf said. Tried again in 1984...successful now for 25 years - I think I'll keep him...two stunningly beautiful girls, 21 & 23 now, the younger one a super overachiever (National Honor Society President, Senior Class President, Cheerleading Captain..she now teaches cheerleading while majoring in Psychology) and t...Expand for more
he older one a bit more like I was (exploring mind-expansion, body-art, and numerous body-piercings...extremely colorful hair...she once shaved it completelly off...two VERY different girls, both my pride & joy. ...Taking care of homebound Mom now - It's just Lou and I and Mom in the house now...Mom is homebound and we are blessed to have her with us. Younger daughter (Cerise) getting married in May, so there is that to do.
