Anna 's Story
When I left school I traveled around a few years then got married to Bill Ivens from Trenton NJ in May 1979. My son Bill (now 31 years old) was born in July 1980. While living in Trenton NJ I worked for the Trenton Psychiatric Hospital as their switch board operator. I divorced my husband in 1986 and moved on into one adventure after another. I entered Allentown Business School and of all things I took Accounting and Book Keeping. I was great at it, I even was the professor's helper...I married again in June 1995 to Scott Heintzelman of Northampton Pa. Got a great office job at Nazareth Pallet Company.
We took a family vacation to Robbinston Maine and dicided to move there... We had a great winter vacation that lasted 6 snowy months. We moved back to Northampton Pennsylvania and bought our home in July 1997. Got my job I currently have as a bookkeeper for Big Woody"s Pizza And Sports Bars - 3 stores in Allentown and our newest in Forks Township, and now one in Bethlehem.
I took a Trip to Paris France with one of my girl friends in 2002. We had a great time trying to speak French, shopping and more shopping. Went on a few bus tours to Notre-Dame, The Versailles Palace, ...Expand for more
the Pyramid of the Louvre and of course the Eiffel Tower. I will go back again someday... it was wonderful....
My Son Bill is in a Paintless Auto Dent Business with his friend and they serve the Lehigh Valley and some auto dealers in New Jersey. He just got engaged. Ok not engaged now...
My husband Scott was in the auto world for 30 years. We were married thirteen years. Three years ago 2005 he was hurt while along side the road fixing his snowmobile and a snow plow threw him off into the field. He had knee surgery, then some months later his knee gave out while going down the stairs and he then had back surgery. 10 months of pain later he died...
It's been a few years of tears... My son is my ROCK...

Well, I just did a few updates and another year of adventures should be added. I turned 50 in June 2009 and had a big party. I fell in love with a wonderful man named Russell and we got married on September 12, 2009. Life has it's ways of changing. "When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us". LIVE IN THE MOMENT-LIVE LOVE LAUGH!!!
