I was born in a tiny little cabin down in the swamps in the midst of the confluence of the Flint and Chattahoochee Rivers. My daddy killed mosquitoes for a living and my mama rubbed salve on the tired legs of elderly women up at Florida State Hospital. e consequences got so steep that I had to do something different. So I enrolled in a Tibetan Monastery and mastered the art of silence. I am now emerging from that silence to pronounce that all is well in the bye and bye and a bird in the bush is worth two in the hand. This is all I know, except that Chattahoochee, Florida is holy ground and anyone who ever experienced what I experienced there will know what I am talking about.
