Jane's Story
I was a mess in highschool! I only went to have fun and did plenty of that! Eventually I got my grades I needed. I made some great friends at Howe, but I haven't kept up with any of them. The last time I saw most of them was at a neighborhood party Mike and Pam Peak had at the VFW on English Ave.
We used to have a lot of Friday and Saturday night parties at my mom's apartment in Linwood Square. We were also always down the street at Pam, Mike,and Donna Peak's house a lot of the time. Then we moved on to the Purple Panther, and the Flame Club on Shortridge. Whew! Those were the days!
I'm grateful for all of the memories of highschool that I have. I ran with a lot of people older than me sometimes too, and had a lot of fun.
Life is good today, and although I really don't have many ties back to highs...Expand for more
chool that I kept up with I do have very fond memories.
I also had a nickname that started with a P and ended with nuts. I hate the nickname today. Thank God it hasn't stuck with me over the years.

I married a wonderful man 20 years ago, it is my 3rd marriage. I have 3 grown children, and one granddaughter who is 6 years old now. We are happier than we've ever been and life is pretty good.
I'm so glad I did everything I did in highschool and for years after that. I had a lot of great friends and ran with a fast group of people. We all cared about one another deeply and when I run into one of them now it's a true blessing.
I'm not sure if I'm going to the 40th union or not, but it'll be good catching up with any of you that chooses to contact me.
