I was the girl you saw in school, mostly by herself, usually writing poetry (eventually had one published in a big magazine). You would not of seen me in a ''group'', I tried, it just didn't seem that was the thing for me. After high school, I went on to a few adventures, married a guy I met while in high school and had two daughters; the eldest is still in the USAF, joined in 1991 and the youngest is in the USARMY, both have seen action in Iraq. A few of my dreams were realized, was able to work on a horse ranch training horses until that family fell apart. After being away from the mountains (Alaska) since the mid sixties, I finally got to go to Colorado for a week in the early seventies. The outdoors is where my heart gets it thump-a-thump. I prefer the trees, hills, mountains to shopping sales or window shopping.
