The summer of 1963, I moved to Cambridge City, thought it was the end of the world, leaving Richmond and a big high school! It was one of the best things that had happened to me...I still saw my old friends from Richmond High and Pleasant View Jr. High and made many new ones from Lincoln High School at Cambridge City. Got to be cheerleader, play basketball, etc...things I am sure would never had happened at Richmond High. I attended IUPUI and St. Vincent's Hospital to become an X-ray Technologist, graduated from that in 1967, the same year I became engaged to Frank Thompson from Cambridge City. He was a classmate of mine, however we never dated in high school, we dated one another's best friends! Ha!
