Cindy's Story

Post graduation from Tazewell High, I attended Bluefield College, earning a BA in English and Secondary Education. I continued my education at Radford University earning a Master of Arts in English. 1997 and obtained a job teaching in Tazewell County in 1999-2000. Since then, I have taught at Richlands High for four years, had a beautiful baby girl in July of 2002, transferred to Tazewell High to teach, became widowed in 2004, and I married Stan Young in March of 2006. My life has been a roller coaster, but I am so very blessed.
