Courtney's Story
I'm twenty years old turning twenty one on the twentysecond of May. I currently reside in Temple, Tx with my fiance' who I will be getting married to on the 1st or 2nd of June. As far as education goes I've been to TC(Temple College) for one semester and will be going back this coming fall. I am planning on either going for CNA or Child Care... Haven't quite made my mind up yet on that part. I have lived in several towns and several places since I tured 18 and graduated and loved it, but now I'm selttling down and getting married to Steven M. Kilgore.
I always wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a wonderful idea. As it turns out, they were right, but I've changed my mind, and now plan on going for... CNA or Child Care which I know they will deffenatly aprove of, because, I have always been the best at that or nursing...!.
I blow off steam by writeing, listening to music, or going for a long walk or a bike ride... Sometimes punching things(rarely do I do that though).
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have the things needed for that job, knolefge on how to do that work, and time to get used to doing it, if I don't already know how to.... to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
Insperations - Nursing, after my mother got sick before she died in 07, and Nanny(Dad's Mom) after she broke her hip in 07 or 08. Child Care - B/C of all the kids I have taken care of since I graduated from high school and even before that. Other wise, I've always loved... Gretchen Wilson, Coutney Love Hewitt, and lots of others... Especially Gretchen Wilson though!
I was born in Rockdale, TX. Grew up in Cameron, TX , moved to Brownwood, TX in junior year then moved back to Cameron in Senior year of high school... Then moved to Rockdale, TX, Davilla, TX, Troy, TX and then Temple, TX, and have lived sever places before I got theo the home where I now live... The reasons why... Are none of your buisness aside from the fact that I wanted to and loved the idea of moving at the time...
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is JoWanda Wiley, because she had a huge part in me becoming the woman I am now, and I haven't seen her in a LONG time..

Life doesn't always turn out the way you expect. What's been your biggest surprise? That would deffenatly have to be Steven... He is my Dream of a man, I love him so much, and he makes every single one of my dreams come true, and we both love each other more and more each day that we live here on ...Expand for more

If there was anything about my home to make it my dream home I'd just move it out into the country on about 5 achres of land, with a couple horses, and make it a little more spacious with one of the bathrooms down stairs instead of upstairs.
If I won $100 million, I'd give alot of it to ministies, then spend the rest on family, friends and making my dream home!.
To be truly happy, you would be where, doing what, with whom?
HA! I'm already TRULY HAPPY... The only thing I'd do is bring my Nanny to my home away from that stuffy nursing home and away from Cameron and the lunitics that live there that need to leave her alone other than that... I'm as happy as possible bcause I have everything that I could possibly ask for aside from Nanny.
My current age is 20. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be a little more grown up and maturer that they were. I was so completely right.... BUT... They havn't changed completly or at least the ones that I've run into...!.
My best friend would tell you I'm smart and so in love with my old man and have everything I could possibly ask for, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as a woman who has "Daddy Issues" well guess have to say to those people.... "GET A LIFE OF YOUR OWN AND GROW UP FOR A CHANGE!".
In 10 years, I hope to be married with one or two kids and have the best carrer, and home life you could possibly ask for. I'm going to get there by working at it day-by-day until I have it all.
Lisa... As for how we met it was at school in the 6th grade... How we clicked? I have no idea, but I'm glad we did, because, she is one of the only ones who haven't turned their back on me... While my family deffenatly did.
What about you would surprise everyone at your high school reunion?
The fact that they didn't think I'd ever turn out as wonderfully as I have.
My first job was at Schlotzsky's Delli, Temple, Tx. across from S&W and CVS Pharmacy on 31st Street, where I got paid 7.25/hr to do waitressing, dishes, trash, restocking, ice, tables, windows, sweeping, mopping, and at first the cash-register-front counter and sometimes drive thru, then went to the floor work and sometimes very rarely cash-register.. What I remember most about it is they employers there need to learn how to treat their employees so that they don't loose the best employee..
I don't have one aside from moving from cameron, to brownwood meeting some really awesome friends and out of the worse town ever *cameron*!!!
How do you hope old friends remember you? As a friend that was always there for them when they needed someone there for them.
