Carolyn Norton:  

I went to Rosemont College in Rosemont,PA after graduating from Benedictine Academy. It was a great school in a beautiful suburb of Philadelphia. There were lots of colleges nearby so I had alot of fun, too. Then I worked for two years as an admissions counselor at a junior college in Bryn Mawr, PA. I left that job to attend law school at Seton Hall School of Law. I was a law clerk for the Assignment Judge in Union County after I graduated. Then worked as a litigator for a defense firm for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and later for my father at his law firm in Union. Finally, worked as a sole practitioner out of my home in Far Hills, NJ. I married Gerard Norton in 1978, had a daughter, Kelly in 1985, and divorced in 1989. Kelly and I lived in Union, then Basking Ridge and Far Hills, NJ. Far Hills was almost in the country and it was wonderful. I moved to Vero Beach, FL twelve years ago with my daughter and my fiancee, Alan Singer. He started a cabinet design business. I worked as a paralegal at a law firm while studying for the FL Bar exam. Then I joined my fiancee at his business.
