Julie's Story
How about I start with the present and work backwards. I'm currently working in a couple of school districts south of Olympia, Washington. I've been a school psychologist for many years (about 20). As much as I look forward to the easy life, I'm not quite there yet. A couple years ago I started a small private counseling practice where I see clients in the evenings, weekends, and summers. y. I also use her as a therapy dog in my practice for certain client issues.
My two children are grown and have children of their own. They are wonderful parents and I'm very proud of them. My son and daughter-in-law and two granddaughters moved to Florida last year. I must admit the visits in the sunny southeast are quite nice. My daughter and grandson live in Portland. I enjoy going there to watch the soccer games and swimming lessons.
All in all, life is good.
