LEVEN THUMPS, THE GATEWAY TO FOO" "It's not that easy to be optimistic when you're taking directions from a toothpick." LEVEN THUMPS, THE GATEWAY TO FOO D&C 6:36 Look unto me in every thought, doubt not, fear not. "All like the purchase, few the price will pay" LUCY MACK SMITH Pray as though everything depended on God. Work as though everything depended upon you. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” Marianne Williamson "We know nothing until we know all the ways we're not who we should be and only then do we have a chance of becoming the people we've wanted to be and God intended us to be from the day we were born." Marianne Williamson, "The Age of Miracles" "T...Expand for more
he significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them." ~Albert Einstein Prudence is the highest virtue, for it is judgment, drawn on wisdom...Mark Levine, Liberty & Tyranny The Inspiration of the Declaration • Calvin Coolidge: “It is often asserted that the world has made a great deal of progress since 1776, that we have had new thoughts and new experiences which have given us a great advance over the people of that day, and that we may therefore very well discard their conclusions for something more modern. But that reasoning can not be applied to this great charter. If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final. No advance, no progress can be made beyond these propositions.”". More about Sonia:"I am the mom of five children: Christopher-25, Erica-21 (mom of Mark David, born on Sept. 14, 2010). Angelena-15, Curtis-4, Marie-2 yrs.(She is a surviving triplet). My husband, Blake & I live in Central NY in the country and we love it. Although I was born in Utah, I graduated from Crow High in OR, class of '80. I went to some business classes, did some oil exploration, was a secretary, waitress, home health aide, etc... and now am a stay-at-home mom. I have been both divorced and widowed and have been married to a wonderful man for the last 8 years. I belong to the LDS faith and my church callings keep me busy. Currently, I am the Relief Society President. My life is centered around God & Family, the Sanctity of Life, and preserving Traditional Marriage and our Constitution to keep America a Promised Land where everyone who is willing to work and be accountable for their choices, can indeed exercise their free agency to pursue their own brand of happiness and live according to the dictates of their conscience.".
