Karen's Story

Graduate Wayland 1979 Graduated UMASS and got married in 1983 Had two wonderful sons 1984, 1986 Became a Christian 1988 Love the Lord! Worked as a Newspaper reporter Moved to California 1990 Worked in Silicon Valley: Marketing and Public Relations I am now working on my Masters Degree (MFT). (Grad date 2009) Hiked a lot, Ran a few races, Played lots of volleyball, Traveled, Built a beautiful house...Expand for more
...raised great sons.Gained weight, Lost weight, Took life to serious at times and was able to 'let go' and relax at other times. Cried some, Laughed alot... I coached a number of sports teams I've done lots of volunteer work. (Katrina, Habit for Humanity, MIssions trips, Soup Kitchens and my favorite- Youth ministry. etc...) Celebrated 25 years of marriage (2008) and still counting. Life is good.
