Well, my story since High School was to continue on to NEO and then on to Okla. City. I worked and went to school at "Central State University" as it was called then. Quit school for a while... backpacked around Europe the summer of '71... went back to work and put myself through OU and graduated in December, 1974. Worked in the Oil business for several years and married (I was 29) a geologist (he was 25). We moved to Midland, Texas (I thought the ends of the earth, but really was a wonderful place to live... albeit isolated) We lived there and began our family... I now have a 28 year old son, Drew and a 25 year old daughter, Terra. We moved from Midland to Rockwall, Texas and lived there where for 9 years and were a happy family for 17 years. Then our family went through a divorce. We all survived the sadness and are happy today. My son graduated from OU with a degree in education and has been married to his high-school sweetheart (an engineer) for 5 years and they have my one precious granddaughter. I live about 4 miles away and spend lots of time with them. My daughter (in the picture I posted)has graduated from Hawaii University, with an education degree and is teaching school in Oahu and working on her master's degree. She is still single and livin' in Hawaii (probably forever) but enjoying her freedom and her twenties (much as her mother did).
