David's Story
I live in Pensacola. I will celebrate 22 years of marriage next month (Lezli, Westlake 77). I have two kids, my Daughter Emily is a junior at Baylor and my son Tyler is 19 and homebound. He is severely autistic. Tyler is both a great joy and terrific blessing. Most families have their kids grow up and then reach that sad day when they start their own lives. My boy will always be my baby.
After I FINALLY finished college at UT San Antonio in 87 I joined the Marine Corps. Between high school and a lot of college I spent 4 years...Expand for more
living in College Station working for a wireline company. I flew the A6 Intruder in the Corps and finished up here in Pensacola as a flight instructor in 96. I have been working for a Chevrolet dealership here in Pensacola since 96. I planned on being here 2 years but here I am 13 years later. Yep, I am a car salesman. My Mom is so embarrassed she tells folks I am a piano player in a brothel. It is not bad, I have several jobs at the store so I stay busy. I want to move back to Texas some day but don't know if it will happen.
