Karen's Story
I remarried in 04 and now live in KY. Before Ky I lived in Hawaii, NJ and Ma. I have a son born in 84 and a daughter in 90. My son works in a hospital repairing computers. He's with a gal whom I hope they one day marry. My daughter is a senior at the University of Dayton, studying graphic design. She is enjoying college life. I went to Western State College in Gunnison, Co. Then transferred to CSU. I worked for a few years then moved to Hawaii. I lived there 3 years before getting homesick. marine I met in Hi. I lost touch with my "friend" (now 2nd husband) for over 22 years. My 1st marriage was over after moving to Ky (for a job). Then I got the shock of my life and heard from my "friend" from the hwy dept. ( talk about timing)!! We then wrote and called each other for a year since he had moved to Houston during the time we were apart. We decided to meet to see if we still had feelings for another and we did. He had never married. That was 10 years ago. Amazing story, isn't it? We married in Frisco a walking distance from where I lived years ago. I am happy now in my new life.
