Sarah's Story
After High School I attended Airline School as planned, however I never pursued that career. I landed a job at Sperry Corp (now Unisys) where I remained and advanced as a HR Systems Analyst for 20 years. I left Unisys in 1989, we relocated to upstate PA and started my own business doing something I always loved...designing and creating my own line of home decor items. n at Kauffmans Dept. Store in Scranton to get me out of the house and out around people. They offered me a full time position and I took. In 1998, my husband, Walt, and I moved to Florida where I continued my career in Retail with Macys. In 2004, we returned to N.E. PA and I am currently part of the Management Team at Macys in Binghamton NY.
I have two lovely step-daughters, Kris lives in Dallas TX and Karin lives in Los Angeles CA. I also have two beautiful grand-children.
