Jennifer's Story
Mine is a journey that took me from Gillette, Wyoming across the oceans to the land of the Taj Mahal, India.
After graduating a few months early (Jan, 1987). I landed in Rapid City, South Dakota for a short stay, studying Nursing at SDSM&T. While there, a fellow classmate, Claudia Kramer lived with me for a while. At that time, I recall staying in touch with a few other people from school.
Waving good-bye to Mt. Rushmore, I headed for the tri-state area and earned degrees in Cognitive Psychology from Rutgers University, (NJ). I
specialize in mental health issues and with a particular focus on people in prison with mental health issues.

we have been together since '95. We have 2 small children, a girl who is 6 and a boy who is 5.
Over the years, I have lived and worked for several years in Calcutta, India and various other countries overseas. I speak fluent Bengali Language, and so do my children.
We split our time in USA and in India. Currently, I am a stay at home mom, because I home school both kids.
My husband has a Ph.d. and MBA and works in an investment bank.
As I type, we are both planning to head to law school. I like working with the criminial justice system and blending my experience with mental health issues to help incarcerated people.
So, the journey continues.....I am currently living a few blocks from the Yale University Campus in New Haven, CT. Drop a line and say hello.....
