Hi there! It has been awhile since our High School days hasn't it? We have all gotten on to finally be able to start living our lives being the best at who we are. For me, that meant motherhood.
Before I got to that point, I served with a national missions organization called Youth With A Mission, served one tour in the U.S. Army (which I greatly miss doing),then moved on to Rockford, Il. It was there that I got my CNA license. I worked in adult group homes, I worked for a children's home, and did home-care for the disabled.
In 1997 I met my husband. After 12 years in Rockford, 7 years of marriage,a cat, and 4 girls later, we moved back here to sunny California which would now be boring to me if I didn't have the beach. Thank God for the beach because I love it!
After 2 years of being back in Ca., we had the joy of expecting another baby girl.

Now, here I am in Orcutt, Ca., a stay-home mom, with 1 husband, 5 girls, a dog, a cat, and a goldfish. My life is extremely busy and full. Just trying to type this I have been interrupted a zillion times, and yes that is possible. Lol.
I am in hopes that whomever reads this is having a good life, is making good choices, and is in a place that they have worked hard to get to. If not, we are still young (yes, the 40's are still young) and don't let anyone tell you different, and it is not too late to get there. Sometimes we have taken detours along the way and didn't even know it. Sometimes, there have been pits we have had to crawl out of. But this is when it is wise to know that the hand of God did not push us in, but was always there to pull us out. And that to me, is the One whom is worth serving.
