Diana's Story

Hi Everyone, I am not alway on very much as I stay pretty busy with Family, Grandchildren, Baking and Cooking for everyone, lots of Volunteer work, try to finish the writting of 3 of my books.Running back and forth for the last month to visit my Mother in ICU and now my BROTHER Donald is in a life and death situation, and is about to have a very serious surgery tomorrow. So this has not been easy on any of us. But taking it day by day and one step at a time and glad to know that we can Trust In God to take care of all our Needs, Hurt and Pian. In the meantime, having the Grandbabies when ever I get the chance brings such Joy to my heart. Hope all is well with everyone and I will touch base again soon. Take care and God Bless Everyone. If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have My Bible, A Full Smile, and Love in my Heart for all to be able to deal with the day-to-day. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Salina Soles, because We hit it off a great friend throughout. My Mother is my hero, as she has been the biggest Inspiration for me all my growing up years as she continues to be so. The sacrifices she made for us and the encouragement she gave to us as well as her devoted love, we could never have asked for more. Have always loved sports, softball, vollyball, basketball, horseback riding, ice hockey, ..so many..I have had all kinds of animals, horses, cows, birds of all kinds, fishes, dogs and cats, hamsters, too many to mention, My obsession is making people happy, this is why I do so much baking and helping where I may be needed. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the kitchen and add on a fireplace again. My dream home would be a big barn style ranch house. That I am not to take life so seriously, and getting down and being a kid with my kids and Grandkids is very healthy and great for the soul and heart. If I won $100 million, I'd give as much as I could of it to helping where it is needed the most, then spend the rest on The Ministry, a RV and Traveling. No, did go to College, but lived so close by that I lived at home..but I like the Campus life of what I saw, it seemed ot be an adventure in its own. My current age is ?. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be In a rocking chair and doing absolutly nothing...lol. I was so completely not wanting that as I wanted to go plac...Expand for more
es as well as sit out and fish. I have worked since I was 12 years old, loved it! Most of my life I had held down at least 3 jobs at a time, taken care of a family, did as much volunteer work as possible, and was still bale to do the things I wanted to do as well as be happy with what I have been Blessed with. My best friend would tell you I'm outgoing, adventurous, spontanious and fun to be around, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as serious, quiet, strict and funny. Pretty Much, depends on where my weight is at...lol. I love Jeans and all kids of western clothes, but will wear skirts and dresses for when it is approperiate. I share my home with my husband, which I find intelligent, funny, and very caring. My Poetry is my great Victory of them all, but I have some in sports, dancing, and a few others, hoefully, my books will be next as well as my 2 inventions that I am now working on too. In 10 years, I hope to be a great writter. I'm going to get there by starting off with one book at a time. Her name was Salina Soles. We have not been in touch for the last 25 years and miss her. But we seemed to click like Sisters up intil 1980 when I moved out of State, we lost touch. But I think that we fely like misfits in school as we stayed alot to ourselves, we became friends and been an encouragement to each other as well as a great friend. My first job was at babysitting, where I got paid care for to 2 little girls. What I remember most about it is they were so cute and taught me alot for when I started having my own . We were put in a Foster Home Temporairly for just the summer in Nebraska while my Mother went to College to finish getting her Teachers Degree, and My Sister and I went on a Farm to stay. On the one visit before our Mother came to take us back home, was that My Sisterr and I got to take turns with the calves being Born to Name them and it was ours while we were there. My Mother was leaning up againstthe post where we were showing her the calves and all of us talking, and my baby calf ate half of her skirt part of her dress off showing just her slip, she got so embarrased and ran to the house to change as we laughed even though we knew it was not funny for her, I think it was more the expression on our Moms face that made us laugh than the actual losing half her dress in front of everyone.
