Who am I really? God if I know. Tell you tho I started the special ( "handicapped")l school system in Chicago at Jahn Elementary. I had Polio. Then went to Spalding and Burbank Elemetary and all Special Schools. Special because of the students and the teachers. In 1953...Expand for more
started Spalding High. Great School but everyone outside the system was saying won't be accepted into college from Spalding. Big Big mistake. I lelt in 1956 . I think. One year before graduation. I did get into college but would have just as easily from Spalding.......
