Ellen's Story

I got married, had on child, a boy, moved to N Texas I went to college and graduated from LSU Shreveport. I got a job in the hospital as a Medical Technologist. I was divorced after 22yrs and moved near Galveston Texas. I am a Microbiologist Supervisor at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. hter, she is 26ys old. My son is 37yrs old and we have 6 grandchildren ages 3 to 16. We are forever dodging hurricanes and did pretty good until 9/13/2008. My house, which we designed and built ourselves had 4 feet of water inside. We lost everything inside and had to start over. I have 4 dogs, Gracie-lou, Baxter,Sophie and Oliver. That's my life!
