Cheryl's Story

It seems like just yesterday that I was walking the halls of Carolina High School. Mr. Springs chorus class, Stephen Foster Singers, Mrs. Batson's science lab, Mrs. Cox typing class...wow,those were the days! I was married to my sweetheart George Cowart (PHS)in 1970 and we had 4 children. Three are married and all still live in Greenville. I have 3 grandch...Expand for more
ildren who are the best lifesavers I know! After 35 years of marriage, I lost George to pancreatic cancer in 2005. I enjoy my family, friends and church. My favorite weekend is time on the water boating - it is so relaxing. I'm enjoying reconnecting with school classmates and look forward to a great gathering of Class of 70 and 71 on September 4th, 2010.
