Joe's Story
I spent over 40 years as a sheet metal worker, working in and running sheet metal shops. What fun, having a shop where I've made everything from suits of armor, to just plain crazy shapes. Most was more useful HVAC ductwork for large buildings, but that was fun too! Mary Ann and I have 5 children. A business man, an occupational therapist, a neurologist, a neo natal intensive care nurse, and a son who left homeland security, and just got a nursing degree also. The first thing I did when I retired 5 years ago, was to build an irish pub down our basement called the "Rabbit Hole"- even the grand children love it - sitting at the ba...Expand for more
r, eating treats, watching cartoons,and playing WII. My wife and I work out 3 times a week, and I play racquetball once a week. Photography is what I do most of my free time. I've turned into a Photoshop nut - there's so much you can do and create in Photoshop! One of my photos was used as the cover of St. Clair Shores 2009 calandar. Mary Ann and I, and our friends still love Detroit, and are often eating downtown at Andiamos. We also belong to the Windsor Detroit Jazz Club, and try to catch some good music as often as we can. Gardening is also a big hobby of our's. I can't believe how much money we spend every spring!!!!!!!!!
