Barbara's Story
I married Tom Sheahan in 1963, we have 4 children, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Over the years, we have lived in Memphis, Tenn., Lansing, Mich., and southern Calif. We have been in Ca. since 1972; first in Hacienda Heights, then Canyon Lake, and for the last 12 years, in Murrieta. We make periodic visits to KC at least once a year to visit my family still living there and this year (2011) it will also include attending my 50th high school reunion. nt back to school and have gotten a Masters Degree in American Studies. For the last 17 years I have been singing iand competing in Sweet Adelines choruses and with my chorus, Harborlites, have won the international contest twice. Tom and I love to travel and have been to Europe many times, have been on several cruises, and to Australia.
