Sharon's Story
I married the love of my life, Ken, right out of high school and we had 40 wonderful years together. I became a dental hygenist until our children came along - a son and daughter - then I was a stay at home mom until they were teens. I did many part time jobs while they were small to help, but always on their schedule. I went into secretarial work as they got older ...Expand for more
and worked as the pastor's assistant and office manager for two churches before Ken died in 2005. I then went back to school and got my BSN/RN from Kennesaw State University and I love being a staff nurse on a med/surg floor at Floyd Medical Center. I am the grandmother of the world's most beautiful 4 girls and love living in Cartersville next door to three of them.
