Gilda's Story
Hi fellow Gondoliers of 72, hope you are well.
I am back to being Gilda Ortiz. My apologies to those that took the time to send messages. This web site is hard to navigate through with so many commercials.
Life has thrown many curve balls that I never expected, but I'm still standing thanks to God. If you knew me, you may have know my twin brothers and sister too. Thank God they are fine too.

but the circles of friends was small. I wish I had been brave enough to get to know more people. That was part of why I loved having Terrie Vargas as a best friend, she was/is so brave about talking to people. But my fondest memories were the gatherings in the front lawn at nutrition and lunch. We tended to be a nuclear group with extended friends stopping by, and sharing about an up coming "happening".
